Tina Hatch is the Compliance Officer and Title IX Coordinator for Salt Lake City School District. In this role, Tina conducts investigations into complaints of discrimination or harassment, retaliation, bullying, cyber-bullying, hazing, abusive conduct, and all Title IX related issues. Tina also conducts annual trainings for all district administrators and other district personnel. As a member of the Policy and Legal Services Department, Tina coordinates with SLCSD’s General Counsel to update policy and procedures related to her role.
Tina is a certified EEO and Title IX investigator, a trained K-12 Title IX Coordinator, and a CompTIA-certified Project Manager. She is also an active member of the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and the Chair-Elect for the Board of Directors of Utah Law Related Education. Tina has a Bachelor of Business Administration and has worked as the Compliance Officer/Title IX Coordinator for six years.
