Tiffany is a justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability advocate dedicated to creating career pathways for women and people of color. Her work in diversity and professional development was inspired by her experience practicing at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP where she actively participated in the firm’s diversity recruiting initiatives and in affinity groups supporting working parents, women, and Black lawyers. During Tiffany’s subsequent tenure at SEO Law, she developed partnerships and fellowship opportunities to support underrepresented law students and attorneys. She holds a B.A. degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She continues to mentor Black law students through her role with the Afro Scholars Program.
