Mark Black brings 26 years of experience in the field of education as a teacher, principal, executive and chief administrator at both K-12 and Higher Education. At the University of Mount Union, he is focused on enhancing the inclusivity of the campus community by fostering an equity mindset that embraces diversity and belonging for all constituents. This will create a culturally aware campus that confronts bias and examines practices, procedures, and policies, fostering a system to identify and eliminate inequities.
