Description of Course

The U.S. Department of Education provides the compliance oversight of Section 504/ADA, Section 304/VAWA and Title IX. In this one-day course, OCR-Compliant Procedures will be discussed in depth. ATIXA Faculty will provide a comprehensive exploration of best practices and proposed regulations.  Additionally, participants will explore the procedural elements required in proposed regulations and recent relevant case law.  Discussion on effective and efficient procedures, potential pitfalls, and best practices in organizational structure will also be included.
