Case Study: Assessing a Title IX Program at a Small Liberal Arts College

Client Need and Issue:

Identifying policy weaknesses, TNG proposed a constructive review to reform institutional procedures, especially as they relate to student privacy, FERPA, and information-sharing protocols.

A consultative meeting resulted in a strategic revamp of the policies, spearheaded by the Title IX Coordinator and fine-tuned with TNG’s specialized oversight. The strengthened policies devised and implemented under TNG’s advisement mitigated potential vulnerabilities and improved the quality of institutional administration at the institution.
