ATIXA’s has three model policies in the P&P Builder:

• One Policy, One Procedure (1P1P) Model has long been considered a class-leading template for policy excellence. Now, the P&P Builder allows schools and colleges to readily customize ATIXA’s 1P1P model to reflect institutional culture.
• ATIXA Model Policy & Procedures for Higher Education (AMPP) Model AMPP is a streamlined version of the 1P1P model. Whereas 1P1P addresses all forms of discrimination (race, age, religion, disability, etc.), the AMPP more narrowly offers model policies and procedures for Title IX (sex/gender) compliance only. Some institutions use a unified approach, while others prefer stand-alone policies and procedures to comply with Title IX.
• K-12 ATIXA Model Policy & Procedures (K-12 AMPP) Model K-12 AMPP is a streamlined version of the 1P1P model. Whereas 1P1P addresses all forms of discrimination (race, age, religion, disability, etc.), K-12 AMPP more narrowly offers model policies and procedures for Title IX (sex/gender) compliance only for K-12 schools and districts.
